تجمع لـ عمل تطوعي، ينتهج اللاعنف ويروج له، ويسعى للحد من العنف والتخفيف من آثاره وكسر دوائره.
ويشمل التجمع حرية التعبير والحرية الشخصية التي تعني قيام الفرد بما تمليه عليه إرادته مالم يضر بالآخرين، إضافة لقيامه بكل ما يريد مالم يمنعه القانون، والامتناع عن القيام بأي فعل مالم يعتبر القانون القيام به الزامياً.

مواطنة سورية تضمن الحرية والكرامة والحقوق الاجتماعية والسياسية والتعليمية والصحية.
رسالتنا
يسعى تجمع ثقة الى تنمية روح التكافل وثقافة العمل التطوعي، ويعمل على رفع وعي افراد المجتمع بحقوقهم وواجباتهم، وينسق ويعمل مع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني لتصميم وإدارة وتنفيذ برامج تأهيل وتوعية وتمكين وحماية للنشء والشباب، كما ويتبنى تجمع ثقة قضايا حشد الدعم والمناصرة وتنظيم المجتمع على المستوى المحلي.
قيمنا:
-مراعاة واحترام قيم وثقافة المجتمع، الذي نعيش فيه ويتم العمل معه.
-الشفافية في الإدارة والتخطيط والتنفيذ وتقديم المعلومات.
-ترسيخ قيم المشاركة والعمل الجماعي والتكافل.
-تكامل الحقوق والواجبات ((ما لك، لك، إن أديت ما عليك)).
-المساواة وعدم التمييز لأي اعتبار.
استراتيجياتنا
-نشر الوعي بثقافة حقوق الإنسان وقيم المواطنة وقبول الآخر.
-العمل على التشبيك مع المؤسسات الغير حكومية وبناء تحالفات.
-بناء قدرات التجمع وتطويرها من خلال برامج تأهيل وتدريب.
-العمل على إيجاد موارد ثابتة مالية وبشرية لضمان استمرار عمل التجمع.

We are a team of volunteers living in Northern Syria who believe in non-violence and are dedicated to reducing violence and its effects. As our name indicates, we value personal freedom and freedom of expression which means the individual must be allowed freedom of choice as long as he/she doesn't hurt anyone else or do anything illegal. An individual should also not have to do anything they don't want to do unless it is prescribed by law.
